We also have a policy of responding to notices of alleged infringement that complies with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) which may include removing material, including Service Content and/or User content, claimed to be the subject of infringing activity. If we remove material to comply with the DMCA (“Removed Content”), we will attempt to contact the provider of such Removed Content to enable them to make a counter notification pursuant to the DMCA.
