Algemene Voorwaarden Porton Private Cloudstorage 14.2: Op de Overeenkomst is Nederlands recht van toepassing. Voor zover door nationale of internationale rechtsregels niet dwingend anders wordt voorgeschreven, zullen alle geschillen die voortvloeien uit dan wel samenhangen met onder deze Algemene Voorwaarden gesloten Overeenkomsten, dan wel de Diensten die daarvan een uitvloeisel zijn, uitsluitend aanhangig gemaakt worden bij de bevoegde rechter in Amsterdam.
