We’ll not be responsible for any money you’ve lost as a result of:</p> <ul> <li> <p>a merchant or ATM provider refusing to accept your Curve card</p> </li> <li> <p>us suspending or closing your account in accordance with these Terms</p> </li> <li> <p>Curve implementing a legal or regulatory requirement</p> </li> <li> <p>unforeseeable events outside our control, where the consequences would have been unavoidable despite our best efforts</p> </li> <li> <p>goods or services that you purchase using your Curve card&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p>Loss or corruption of data unless caused by our willful wrongdoing</p> </li> <li> <p>our compliance with applicable laws.</p> </li> </ul> <p>We’re also not responsible for any charges you have to pay to third parties, like your payment card issuers, for using the Curve account and services.
