Any delay, omission or failure by Air Canada to exercise any of its rights, powers or remedies under these Terms does not constitute a waiver by Air Canada of those rights, powers or remedies. The single or partial exercise of a right, power or remedy does not prevent us from subsequently exercising any other right, power or remedy.
