If any provision set forth in Sections 2 to 20 of these Terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.  Foot Locker's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.
