If such construction is not possible, the provision shall be severed from this Agreement, and the rest of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.<br> <br> 17.5 Section Headings<br> <br> The descriptive headings of this Agreement are for convenience only and shall be of no force or effect in construing or interpreting any of the provisions of this Agreement.<br> <br> 17.6 Waivers<br> <br> The failure by us to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall in no way be construed to be a present or future waiver of such provision nor in any way affect our right to enforce such provision thereafter.
