W. No Waiver<p>No delay or omission to exercise any right or remedy accruing upon any breach or default under this Agreement will impair any such right or remedy nor will it be construed as a waiver of any such breach or default or of any similar breach or default thereafter occurring, and no single or partial exercise thereof will preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right or remedy.
