If any provision of the Agreement is found to be invalid, or otherwise contrary to the law or equity, by a court of competent jurisdiction or terminated in accordance with the Termination provision above, you and Charity Navigator agree that such provision shall be automatically severed and the remainder of the Agreement that can be given effect shall continue to be given effect.
