If any court of competent jurisdiction adjudges any provision of these Terms to be to be illegal, unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable, but shall not affect any other term or provision of these Terms or invalidate or render unenforceable such term or provision in any other jurisdiction.
