Wherever possible, each provision of these Terms shall be interpreted in such manner as to be effectiveand valid under applicable law. If any term, provision, covenant or restriction of these Terms is held by a court ofcompetent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, void or unenforceable, the remainder of the terms, provisions, covenantsand restrictions set forth herein shall remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be affected, impaired orinvalidated, while such term, provision, covenant or restriction shall be deemed reformed to the extent necessary toconform to applicable law and to give the maximum effect to its initial intent.18.5.
