the event any provision of these Terms or the Privacy Policy is determined by an arbitrator or court,of competent jurisdiction to be void, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain binding,on the parties hereto with the same effect as though the void provision(s) had been limited or,deleted, as applicable.
