In the event that any one or more of the provisions of these Terms shall be determined to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, such invalidity, unenforceability or illegality shall not affect any other provisions of these Terms, and these Terms shall be construed as if such invalid, unenforceable or illegal provision had never been contained in these Terms.
