The parties acknowledge that no reliance is placed on any representation made but not expressly contained in this Agreement.<br> <br>If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.<br> <br>You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement to any third party.<br> <br>The section titles in this Agreement are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.<br>
