If any term or condition of this Contract is judicially invalidated, prohibited, or ,otherwise rendered unenforceablein any jurisdiction, it is unenforceable only to the extent of the ,invalid, prohibited or unenforceable provision in that jurisdiction only, and it will not render ,unenforceable or invalidate any other provision of the Contract, nor will theContract be rendered ,unenforceable or invalidated in another jurisdiction.
