The invalidity or unenforceability of one or more provisions of this Agreement will not affect the validity or enforceability of any of the other provisions hereof, and this Agreement will be construed in all respects as if such invalid or unenforceable provision(s) were omitted. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed omitted under this paragraph 16.7, the parties shall negotiate in good faith to agree upon a replacement provision that, to the greatest extent possible, achieves the intended commercial result of the original provision.</li> <li>
