Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties agree that any merchant card servicer or network shall be a third party beneficiary of the Terms for purposes of enforcing provisions related to payments.<br> </li> <li>Except as otherwise provided in these terms, if any provision of these Terms is invalid, void or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and shall not affect the validity and enforcement of the remaining provisions.
