If any provision (or part of a provision) of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction or any other competent authorities to be void, invalid, or unenforceable, it shall be deemed to be deleted from this Agreement and all other provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect to the extent that the remaining provisions are capable of standing without the provision ruled void, invalid, or unenforceable. </p> <p>
