The invalidity of one of the provision of the Service Agreement entered into with Abstultus, particularly under a law or a regulation or as a result of the final judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction, shall not invalidate the other provisions of such Service Agreement, which will remain in full force and effect.</p> <p>The Parties shall, in such cases, to the extent possible, replace the invalid provision with a valid provision consistent with the spirit and object of the Agreement’s terms and conditions.</p> <p>13.2 Headings</p> <p>
