.</p> Severability <p>If any provision of this Agreement is declared null and void or becomes unenforceable due to enacted legislation, conflict with the applicable laws or public policy, or otherwise, the affected/impugned provisions shall be deemed as severed and the remaining Agreement shall continue to be binding and enforceable as before.
