If any provision/s of these Terms are found unenforceable (the “Breaching Provisions”), invalid or illegal by any court of competent jurisdiction (each and collectively “Breach”, as applicable), the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms shall not be affected, and we shall replace the Breaching Provisions with terms that are resemble the Breaching Provisions as much as possible without such provision/s being in Breach.</li>
