If any provision of these Terms of Service or any Other Agreements is held by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, then the provision will be deemed severed from these Terms of Service or the Other Agreements (as applicable) and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect without being impaired or invalidated in any way, unless as a result of the severance these Terms of Service or the Other Agreements (as applicable) would fail in their essential purpose.
