If any portion of this Arbitration Provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable under any principle or provision of law or equity, consistent with the FAA, it will not invalidate the remaining portions of this Arbitration Provision, the agreement or any prior agreement you may have had with us, each of which will be enforceable regardless of such invalidity.</li> </ol>
