In the event of any conflict between the terms set forth in any agreement between Defiant and the Customer to provide Services and this Agreement, this Agreement shall control.</p> <p>(k) If any court of competent jurisdiction shall hold any part of this Agreement or any agreement between Defiant and the Customer to provide Services invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions of this Agreement or any such agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
