Any provisions, which by their nature are intended to survive termination of these Terms, shall survive the termination. If any provision of these Terms are considered to be unenforceable, such provision shall be modified only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable which shall not affect the enforceability of such provision in the future or under other circumstances. Furthermore, such unenforceability shall not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms under all circumstances.
