A waiver by either ,of us of any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed to waive the sameprovision thereafter or any other ,provision of this Agreement at any time. If any provision or part of any provision contained in this Agreement is ,found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, the validity, legality ,and enforceability of the remaining provisions or portions thereof, shall not be in any way affected or impaired ,thereby.
