In the event that any provision or part thereof is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, such provision, or part thereof, shall be deemed to be severed from this Agreement and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect and shall be binding upon the parties hereto as though such severed provision had not formed part of this Agreement.</p> <p> </p>
