Should any individual provision of these T&C be or become invalid, as a whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall be unaffected by such circumstances. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a new provision that is legally effective and comes closest, in the usual understanding, to the economic intent and purpose of the invalid provision.</li>
