If any provision of this Agreement is found unlawful, void, or enforceable by a court based upon any written decree, that provision shall be modified to the extent necessary to render it enforceable without losing its intent or it shall be deemed severable from this Agreement if no modification is possible.&nbsp. The remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and modification or severance of any one provision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions.</p> <p>
