(3) The obligations under contracts concluded on the basis of these business relationships, are also the beneficiaries of the bound dus.net. If any provision of this Agreement be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Instead of the invalid provision shall be appropriate to the purpose of the agreement or at least close substitute provision that the parties had agreed to achieve the same economic result if they had known the invalidity of the provision.
