Agreement shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of,Germany, to the exclusion of the Convention of the United Nations on Contracts for the International Sale of ,Goods.,7.3Should any provision of this Agreement be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain ,unaffected thereby. In such case the parties shall work together to replace any invalid provisions by valid ,provisions which approximate the invalid provisions as closely as possible.
