No Waiver</strong> <p> <strong>23.1</strong> These Terms of Use incorporate by reference any notices contained on the Platform, including within the Privacy Policy, and constitute the entire agreement with respect to access to and use of anything offered by Teachable, including the Platform, Teachable Services, and any Teachable Content.</p> <p> <strong>23.2</strong> If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of law exercising proper jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining provisions and shall not affect their validity and enforceability.</p> <p> <strong>23.3</strong> No waiver of any provision hereof shall be valid unless in writing signed by the parties.
