No waiver by Credit Karma of any of the provisions in the Agreement will be of any force or effect unless made in writing and signed by a duly authorized officer of Credit Karma.</p> 12.5 Assignment <p>Credit Karma may assign the Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
