This agreement is subject exclusively to German law to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and the conflict of laws provisions.</li> <li>The sole place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement shall be Dresden, Germany.</li> </ol> <strong>§ 16</strong> Severability Clause<p>Should individual provisions of this agreement be or become invalid or inapplicable in whole or in part, or should there be a gap in the agreement, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Instead of the ineffective or inapplicable provision or to fill the gap, an appropriate provision shall be made which, as far as legally possible, comes closest to what the parties intended or would have intended according to the meaning and purpose of this agreement if they had considered the point.</p> <p>
