Miscellaneous</strong> If any one of these general terms and conditions proves to be invalid or becomes invalid at a later date, this will not affect the validity of the rest of the contract. In such a case, the invalid term will be replaced with a term that represents as closely as possible its intention and financial purpose and/or with the appropriate legal provisions.
