Resilio's rights under the Terms are freely transferable by Resilio.<br> <br>If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Terms, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to affect the intent of the parties as reflected by that provision, and the remainder of the Terms shall continue in full force and effect.<br> <br>Any failure by Resilio to enforce or exercise any provision of the Terms, or any related right, shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or right.<br> <br>Please report any violations of the Terms via the report abuse mechanism offered in conjunction with the specific Service in which the alleged violation occurs.<br> </p>
