Unless you give us notice of opt-out within five (5) business days of your first use of the Service, addressed to: 750 Lexington Ave New York, NY 10022, all actions or proceedings arising in connection with, touching upon or relating to any Dispute, or the scope of the provisions of this Section 9, shall be submitted to JAMS (www.jamsadr.com) for final and binding arbitration
Since there is currently no case that specifies a limited opt-out period for binding arbitration, I have made this point "forced binding arbitration" because you have such a limited period of time (not even 1 week!) to opt-out
APPROVED
Good idea to precise whether you can opt out or not and in how much time.
I'll do that as well while reviewing other services in the future!
