In the event of any conflict between or among any Contract executed by both You and Flowplayer and these Terms of Service, the Contract shall control to the extent of such conflict and all other terms and conditions of each shall continue to remain in full force and effect. If any provision of a Contract, including without limitation these Terms of Service is held unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable and such decision shall not affect the enforceability of such provision under other circumstances, or of the remaining provisions hereof under all circumstances.
