In any action to enforce this Agreement, including, without limitation, any action by Wingify for the recovery of fees due hereunder, Customer shall pay reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs in connection with such action.</p> <b>16. Severability</b> <p>In the event that any one or more of the provisions contained herein shall, for any reason, be held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any of the other provisions of this Agreement.
