15.4 Severability: If any provision of this Contract is held to be illegal, void, invalid or unenforceable under the laws of any jurisdiction, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remainder of this Contract in that jurisdiction shall not be affected, and the legality, validity and enforceability of the whole of this Contract in any other jurisdiction shall not be affected.&nbsp;</p> <p>15.5 Entire Agreement: This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and arrangements (if any) between the Parties relating to the subject matter of this Contract.
