The Subscriber acknowledges that he/she has not relied on or been induced by any such material in executing this Contract into which the Subscriber has entered after having read the Contract.</li> <li>Should any of the provisions of this Contract become void for any reason, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected thereby unless the commercial intent of this Contract is thereby frustrated.</li> <li>
