In the event that any provision of this EULA (including, without limitation, any restriction) shall be held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, such provision will be interpreted in such a way as to ensure it is enforced to the maximum extent permissible in a manner reflecting the parties’ intentions and the remaining portions of this EULA shall, in any event, remain in full force and effect.</li> <li>
