If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction or terminated in accordance with the "Termination of the Agreement" provision above, the invalidity or termination of such provision shall not affect the validity of the following provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect: "Intellectual Property," "Communications to McGraw Hill," "No Warranties," "Indemnification," "Liability," "Compliance With Applicable Laws," "Termination of the Agreement," and "Miscellaneous."
