If for any reason, any provision of these TOU is declared to be illegal, invalid, void or otherwise unenforceable by a competent court of any jurisdiction, then to the extent that term is illegal, invalid, void or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these TOU, and the remainder of these TOU shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
