If such approval is granted, Supplier may only use HMD trademarks, service marks and logos identified and provided by HMD for the Goods and Services in compliance with prior agreed terms and conditions.</p>24. Severability<p>If any court of competent jurisdiction determines that any provision of this Purchase Order is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, or if any terms are illegal, invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.</p>
