Limitation of Liability<br> <br>8.1 To the extent permitted by applicable laws, or as otherwise set forth herein, Eventbrite and any person or entity associated with Eventbrite's provision of the Services (e.g., an affiliate, vendor, strategic partner or employee) ("Associated Parties"), will not be liable to you or any third party, for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, opportunity costs, intangible losses, or the cost of substitute services (even if Eventbrite has been advised of the possibility of such damages).
