16.3 Subject to clause 16.1, we will not be liable under the Terms of Use for: (a) any loss that could not have been reasonably expected by you and us at the time you register for an Account, or at the time you enter into a transaction for Services (such as any loss of income, business or profits or any information which is lost or corrupted). or (b), separately, for any other damage or loss which is deemed or alleged to have arisen out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
