Work Pilots shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the relationship between the Parties and not resulting from the functionality or maintenance of the Service.</p> <p>Without limitation of the above and for the avoidance of doubt, Work Pilots shall not be responsible for any matters, which the Parties have agreed on orally or without using the Service, such as warranties or extra work.
