To the extent permitted by law, the Company, its directors, officers, ,members, managers, shareholders, employees, assigns and agents (collectively referred to as ,“Responsible Parties”) shall not be liable for, and the Customer, Member, or Affiliatereleases ,Company and its Responsible Parties from and waive all claims, for any loss of profits, indirect, ,direct, special or consequential damages, and forany other losses incurred or suffered by ,Customers, Members, or Affiliatesas a result of: (i) Customer, Member, or Affiliate’s breach of the ,Contract, (ii) the promotion or operation of the Customers, Members, or Affiliateship and the ,Customers, Members,or Affiliateship Business.
