Limitation of Liability.<br> </strong>To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Natural Atlas, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, tort, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services. (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data. (iv) any conduct or content of any third party on the site, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of other users or third parties.
