To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall LiveChat be liable under this Agreement for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, business, revenues, data or other intangible losses, in each case, even if the party knew or should have known that such damages were possible and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.</p> <p>10.2 Limitation on amount of Liability.
